The SEK 110m bond issue for T. Andréasson Fastighetsaktiebolag (publ) has been successfully completed.

The bond issue was substantially oversubscribed with significant demand from both private investors and family offices, as well as from high-quality institutional investors.

The net proceeds will be used to carry out zoning plan changes in the three portfolio projects which are expected to increase the value and allow them to choose whether to complete the development or sell the building rights.

JOOL Corporate Finance AB acted as Corporate Finance advisors, Roschier Advokatbyrå acted as legal Corporate Finance advisor and Intertrust (Sweden) AB as trustee.
