Gefion Group nominated for Renoverprisen 2021

JOOL congratulates Gefion Group on the nomination of its Tobakskollegiet project for the prestigious Renoverprisen 2021, an award for Denmark’s best renovation projects. Tobakskollegiet is an innovative refurbishment project, transforming an old industrial property into 175 studio apartments with the original architectural qualities preserved, including the luxurious main stairwell. Gefion’s Tobakskollegiet was the first Danish project ever financed by JOOL. Since then, we have completed many more, having raised over DKK 2,5 billion for Danish issuers so far.
