Smallville is a company structure and concept within the TryggHem group. Smallville focuses on sustainable and environmental property development in line with the UN 2030 targets, and builds small villages where the home owners will live with proximity to pre-school, care home and nature.

This bond issue will be used to finance development costs and the acquisition of a property located in Mariefred, Strängnäs, Sweden.

The bond issue is secured with share pledge over certain subsidiaries of the Issuer, downstream loans to subsidiaries, receivables and the Deposit account.

Roschier Advokatbyrå AB acted as Corporate Finance Legal Advisor and Intertrust (Sweden) AB as bond trustee. The bonds will be registered through Euroclear Sweden.
