The SEK 25m direct loan for Hultqvist Alfa AB (publ) has been successfully completed, with a significant demand among investors.
The net proceeds will be used to finance construction and completion of a project in Djurås, Dalarna.
The direct loan is secured with property pledge within SEK 25m, pledge over shares in the Company and the Company’s shares in all subsidiaries, pledge over all receivables related to the Project and pledge over the blocked account.
Morris Law acted as corporate finance legal advisor and Intertrust (Sweden) AB as trustee.
