SEK 50 million share issue financing in Recap Energy AB (publ) successfully completed

There was great investor interest in Recap Energy AB’s recently completed share issue which ended up being oversubscribed. In total, the subscription is for SEK 53 million and the purpose of the issue is to further invest in Recap’s own development of solar-PV and Energy Storage projects.
